摘要
将从陕北小粒黑豆中提取的过氧化物酶经过分离纯化后,用大孔树脂吸附法对其进行固定化研究,用吸附性能较好的LXD-762型树脂对其进行吸附动力学和吸附热力学研究。结果表明,该吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附模型,且吸附过程是自发进行的吸热过程,其吸附速率符合准二级动力学方程。
Peroxidase was extracted, isolated, purificated from black beans in north of Shaanxi Province which was immobilizated by macroporous resin. The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of peroxidase on the LXD-762 resin were studied. The results showed that the adsorption data for peroxidase was accorded with Langmuir model, the adsorption was spontaneous and endothermic. The adsorption rate of peroxidase was fit for Pseudo-second-order kinetics equation.
