摘要
为探究多浪羊布鲁氏菌活疫苗(M5)的免疫抗体消长规律,在新疆南疆地区某行政村,选择100只多浪羊进行皮下注射布鲁氏菌活疫苗(M5)免疫试验。免疫前,对所有试验羊只全部采血,分别于免疫后30、90、180 d,随机采集30只羊全血,分离血清,用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)进行布鲁氏菌抗体检测。结果显示:免疫前,所有试验羊只均未检测到抗体,免疫30 d后,73.33%的羊检测到抗体,90d后只有13.30%的羊还能检测到抗体,180 d后未检测到抗体。结果表明,布鲁氏菌活疫苗(M5)能够使多浪羊产生良好的免疫反应,免疫抗体持续期约为180 d。这说明对免疫180 d后的多浪羊进行布鲁氏菌抗体检测,可为区分自然感染和免疫提供参考。
In order to investigate the dynamic change of antibodies in Dolang sheep after immunizing with Brucella live vaccine(M5),a vaccination test was performed by subcutaneously injecting Brucella live vaccine(M5)in100 sheep selected from a village in Southern Xinjiang. Blood samples were collected from all experimental sheep prior to vaccination,and 30 sheep were randomly selected,blood samples of which were collected at 30,90 and 180 days post-vaccination. After isolating serum,the anti-Brucella antibody was detected by rose-bengal plate agglutination test(RBT)and standard tube agglutination test(SAT). The results showed that,no antibody was detected in any sheep prior to vaccination,while it was detected in 73.33% of sheep at 30 days and in 13.30% of sheep at 90 days postvaccination,but no antibody was detected 180 days after vaccination. In conclusion,Brucella live vaccine(M5)was able to stimulate Dolang sheep to produce specific antibodies,and the duration of immune antibody was 180 days. It was indicated that antibody detection in Dolang sheep at 180 days post-vaccination could provide reference for differentiating natural infection and vaccination.
