康复护理预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨康复护理预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法将我院2016年3月～2018年5月110例脑卒中偏瘫患者纳入此次实验进行研究观察,依据随机分组原则将患者分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55),对照组患者实施脑卒中常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上实施康复护理干预,观察两组患者护理干预效果。结果观察组患者NIHSS评分明显低于对照组患者,Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数均明显低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者TT、PT、APTT以及Fbg水平均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者DVT发生率为25.45%,对照组患者DVT发生率为9.09%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施康复护理干预能够促进患者神经功能、肢体运动功能及日常生活能力的恢复,改善患者凝血功能,降低下肢深静脉血栓的风险。
Objective To explore curative effects of rehabilitation nursing in prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in patients with stroke and hemiplegia. Methods 110 patients with stroke and hemiplegiain our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were selected in the study and were observed. According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into the observation group(n=55) and the control group(n=55). Patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention for stroke while patients in the observation group underwent rehabilitation nursing intervention on basis of the control group. The effects of nursing intervention were observed in two groups. Results The NIHSS score of patients who underwent rehabilitation nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P < 0.05).The TT, PT, APTT and Fbg levels of patients who underwent rehabilitation nursing intervention in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of DVT of patients who underwent rehabilitation nursing intervention in the observation group was 25.45%, and that in the control group was 9.09%.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with stroke and hemiplegia can promote the recovery of nerve function, limb motor function and ability ofdaily living of patients,improve blood coagulation function and reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.
