摘要
针对日化产品生产废水COD高、毒性大、可生化性差等特点,通过对废水分质分流预处理,开发高效预处理技术,并强化生化处理,驯化出高适应性菌种,同时满足企业回用要求,采用MBR技术进行深度处理,使处理后的废水满足回用标准,减少废水外排总量,节约水资源。运行结果表明本改造方案对日化行业生产废水处理效果良好。
        Wastewaters from daily chemical products production are characterised as high COD, high toxicity and poor biodegradability. To meet the advanced treatment and reuse requirements, the production wastewaters were firstly diverted according to their water quality. Separated wastewaters were then pre-treated by efficient pre-treatment methods, followed by enhanced biological treatment with domesticated highly-adapted strains. The MBR technology was used for advanced treatment, so that the treated wastewater met the reuse standard, which reduced the total amount of wastewater discharge, and saved water resources. The operation results show that the scheme has a treatment performance for daily chemical products production wastewater and can be used for reference by other daily chemical companies.
