《伤寒论》中多因素的“烦躁”方证

摘要
导师门九章教授在四十多年的临床实践中,在中医病因学方面提出了"多因素致病学说"。该文通过回顾《伤寒论》中关于"烦躁"的众多方证,尤其是多因素致病的"烦躁"方证,导致烦躁的病因病机诸多,仲景治疗烦躁的方药也因其病因得不同而变化。在临床应用当中,需要对引起烦躁的多因素病因进行详细的探讨和研究,得出仲景治疗烦躁的方证经验,从中学习仲景先生辨证论治思想。
In more than 40 years of clinical practice, professor mun jiuzhang, the tutor, put forward the" multi-factor pathogenic theory" in TCM etiology. This paper reviews the numerous prescriptions about" irritability" in treatise on typhoid fever, especially the" irritability" prescriptions caused by multiple factors. The etiology and pathogenesis of irritability are numerous, and the prescriptions for Zhongjing's treatment of irritability vary with the different etiology.In clinical application, it is necessary to conduct a detailed discussion and research on the causes of multiple factors causing irritability, so as to obtain the prescription and syndrome experience of zhongjing in the treatment of irritability,and learn Mr. Zhongjing's thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment from it.
