摘要
帕金森病是一种中老年人常见的神经系统疾病,我国越来越多的帕金森病患者给社会带来很大负担。传统治疗方法只能缓解症状,并不能延缓病情进展,更不能逆转病情。间充质干细胞移植疗法已开展到临床试验阶段并且见到了了可喜成果,本文就帕金森病传统疗法及间充质干细胞移植疗法的现状进行综述。
        Parkinson's disease is a common neurological disease in middle and old aged people. More and more Parkinson disease patients in China are bringing great burden to the society. Traditional therapy can only relieve symptoms, and can not delay the progress of the disease, nor can it cure the disease. Mesenchymal stem cells transplantation has been carried out in the clinical trial stage and has seen good results. This article reviews the current status of traditional Parkinson's disease therapy and mesenchymal stem cell transplantation.
