摘要

通过对比热眼检测到的耳子、折叠、轧辊掉肉、拉丝、结疤缺陷图片与实物图片,形成判定经验,及时调整轧制过程,减少批量废品,提高线材产品质量。
        By comparing the ear,folding,roll-off meat,wire drawing,and scab defects detected by Hoteye Equipment with the real picture to form the judgment experience,adjust the rolling process in time,reduce the batch waste,and improve the quality of the wire product.
