摘要
针对车用动力电机系统测试存在的问题,系统分析了整车厂对新能源汽车动力电机的测试需求,并在此基础上提出了动力电机系统测试平台方案。按照整车厂开发的需求完成了测功机的选型,根据测试需求完成了数据采集与控制系统开发,基于共直流母线技术这一全新理念完成了供电系统设计。针对提出的测试需求对测试平台进行了功能验证并对7个典型功能进行了说明。结果表明,所开发的车用动力电机系统测试平台可以满足整车厂对动力电机系统性能及耐久性的测试需求,对车用电机测试系统开发具有一定的参考价值。
        Aiming at the existing problems in the test of vehicle power motor systems, the paper systematically analyzed the powertrain testing requirements for new energy automobile. Based on the testing requirements, a scheme of testing platform for power motor systems was put forward and the data acquisition and control system were developed. The dynamometer was selected according to the development requirements of the vehicle plant. The power supply system design was completed based on the new concept of the common direct current bus technology. The testing platform was verified, and 7 typical functions were explained in this paper. The results show that the platform can meet the requirements for testing the performance and durability of the power motor system, and the study has a certain reference value for the development of vehicle motor testing systems.
