摘要

人本教育思想强调以人为本,突出学生的主体地位,注重人的自我实现和人格的完整养成,强调情意教育价值和人际关系教育,是促进成人高等教育质量提高的理论基石。基于此,论述人本主义教育思想对成人高等教育的深刻影响,并在成人高等教育教学制度和课程设置等方面提出建议。
        The humanistic education thought emphasizes being people-oriented,highlights the subjective status of students,pays attention to the self-realization of human beings and the complete cultivation of personality,stresses the value of affective education and interpersonal relationship education,and is the theoretical cornerstone for promoting the quality of adult higher education.This paper discusses the profound influence of humanistic education on adult higher education,and puts forward suggestions on adult higher education teaching system and curriculum establishment.
