摘要

可燃气是钢铁联合企业中重要的能源介质之一。某年产钢坯970万t沿海钢铁厂,发挥管理理念和设备优势,利用双气柜并网运行、高炉例修热电同步减烧高炉煤气降低放散、焦炉煤气制氢外销、煤气冷凝水用于炼钢闷渣等方法,实现燃气系统的"减量化、资源化、再利用"的运行模式,逐步实现边际效益回收的最大化。
        Gas is one of the important energy fluids in integrated steelworks.A coastal steel plant with annual production capacity of 9.7 million tons gives full play to the advantages of management concepts and equipments,utilizes the advantages of double gasholders joining with the pipe network,damping down of blast furnace to lower gas release,sales of hydrogen produced in COG and gas condensate used in granulating slag,to realize the operation mode of"reduction,recycle,reuse"in the gas system and gradually maximize recovery of marginal benefit.
