摘要
针对桃冲铁矿地表粗矿仓受料点汽车卸矿时产生的高浓度冲击性粉尘收集难度大、环境污染严重的现状,在分析矿仓受料点粉尘产生机理、粉尘外逸模式基础上,通过实验模拟喷雾压力与粉尘捕集效率关系,研究设计出一套基于红外感应控制的手自一体喷雾降尘系统,具有可靠性高、外逸粉尘捕集率高和手自一体切换等特点。降尘系统运行后,现场采样检测数据显示,矿仓卸料口、卸料口后3 m和卸料口后5 m处总粉尘降尘效率分别为88.5%、90.6%和89.6%,外逸粉尘得到有效控制,现场作业环境明显改善。该喷雾降尘系统可应用于矿仓受料点、溜井卸矿点等产生高浓度冲击性粉尘的地点,具有良好的推广前景。
        The collection of impact dust with high concentration producted in automobile ore discharge process in the receiving point of surface ore storage bin of Taochong Iron Mine is high is relatively difficult, and the environment around receiving point is polluted seriously. According to the actual situation, based on the analysis of dust production mechanism and dust escape mode of the receiving point of ore storage bin, through the simulation of the relationship between spray pressure and dust collection efficiency, the manual and automatic spray dust removal system based on infrared induction controlling method, the system is characterized by high reliability, high collection rate of external dust and manual automatic switching. After the operation of the system, field sampling test results show that the total dust removal rates of ore storage bin discharge port,3 m behind ore storage bin discharge port and 5 m behind ore storage bin discharge port are 88.5%,90.6% and 89.6%,the external dust is controlled effectively, field operation environment is improved significantly. The spray dust removal system can be applied in the area where the impact dust with high concentration is produced, such as ore storage bin receiving point and orepass ore discharge port.
