摘要
陕西地处全国的中西部地区,全国普通高等学校数量较多,陕西高校大学生具有贫困生源地学生数量多、农村学生多和女生人数相对较多的特点。面对全国严峻的大学生就业现状和陕西"一带一路"倡议的新形势,陕西高校大学生就业创业观念迟滞仍然是制约陕西高校大学生就业创业的重要因素之一。"一带一路"倡议对转变陕西高校大学生就业创业观念具有非常重要的启示意义。
        Shaanxi is located in the central and western regions of China. There are a large number of colleges and universities in the country. The colleges and universities students in Shaanxi have the characteristics of a large number of students from poor places and rural regions and a relatively large number of female students. Faced with the severe employment situation of college students and the new situation of the Belt and Road Initiative in Shaanxi, the retardation of employment and entrepreneurship concept of college students of Shannxi is still one of the important factors that restrict the college students' employment and entrepreneurship in Shaanxi.The Belt and Road Initiative has great significance for changing the concept of employment and entrepreneurship of students in Shaanxi universities.
