管道安全管理在ICU危重患者院内转运中的应用

摘要
目的分析管道安全管理在ICU危重患者院内转运中的应用价值。方法将300例院内转运ICU危重患者根据入院时间分为两组,每组各150例。对照组接受常规管理,研究组实施管道安全管理。将两组转运时间、不良事件发生情况及家属满意度展开对比。结果研究组转运时间比对照组短,不良事件发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者家属满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 ICU危重患者院内转运中应用管道安全管理利于缩短转运时间,降低不良事件发生风险,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To analyze the application value of pipeline safety management in intrahospital transport of ICU critical patients. Methods 300 critically ill patients transferred to ICU in hospital were divided into two groups according to admission time, 150 in each group. The control group received routine management. The research group implements pipeline safety management. The transit time, adverse events and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The transshipment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The family satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Pipeline safety management in intrahospital transport of ICU critical patients can shorten transit time, decrease the risks of adverse events, reduce medical disputes.
