基于快速康复理念的综合护理在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者围术期的作用研究

摘要
目的:研究在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者围术期应用基于快速康复理念的综合护理的作用。方法:80例予以手术治疗的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组在围术期应用快速康复理念,研究组在对照组基础上应用基于快速康复理念的综合护理。比较两组术后的恢复指标、术后1周内的并发症发生率。结果:研究组术后24 h的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后首次下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1周内的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者围术期应用基于快速康复理念的综合护理更利于减轻疼痛、促进术后的恢复,并可降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation in patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture during perioperative period.Method:80 patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group applied the concept of rapid rehabilitation during the perioperative period,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The recovery index after operation and the incidence of complications within one week after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The visual analogue pain score(VAS) at 24 h after operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time out of bed activity time and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group within 1 week after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative period of thoracolumbar burst fracture patients is more conducive to alleviating pain,promoting post-operative recovery,and reducing the incidence of complications.
