摘要
针对委内瑞拉某油田项目中,稠油污水油含量大、乳化程度高等特点。选用调储-除油-气浮-过滤-注水的技术路线处理含油污水,其中采用立式斜管除油罐作为油水分离的主要处理设备。处理后污水中油的质量浓度不超过100 mg/L,达到溶气气浮进水水质要求。根据SY/T 0083—2008《除油罐设计规范》和GB 50284—2015《油田采出水处理设计规范》,简要总结了立式斜管除油罐的设计计算过程。
In view of the characteristics of the oily sewage from an oilfield in Venezuela such as high oil content, heavy emulsification and so on, control storage-oil removal-air flotation-filtration-injection process was adopted for its treatment, and vertical inclined-tube oil removal tank was used as the key oil-water separation equipment. The mass concentration of oil in the effluent water after the treatment was not above 100 mg/L, which met the influent water quality requirement of dissolved air flotation. The design philosophy and calculation method of the vertical inclined-tube oil removal tank were summarized briefly according to SY/T 0083—2008 Design Specification of Oil Removal Tank and GB 50284—2015 Code for Design of Oil Field Produced Water Treatment.
