<正>牙周炎是由菌斑微生物所引起的牙周支持组织的慢性感染性疾病,已成为成人牙齿丧失的主要原因,对于年轻、病情较重的牙周炎患者而言,明确的诊断、适宜的治疗方案、创造长期保持牙周组织健康的环境是治疗的关键。本文报告1例年轻患者重度牙周炎治疗过程,该患者通过牙周基础治疗及手术治疗,获得了良好治疗效果,但由于
