摘要
以基于PLC的煤矿提升机电控系统设计为对象开展探究,在分析提升机电控系统总体方案的基础上,对电控系统的硬件设计和软件设计开展了探究,并对所设计电控系统的应用效果进行了测试分析。结果表明,该电控系统能够实现提升机的平稳运行,优化效果显著。
The design of electrical control system for coal mine hoist based on PLC was discussed. Based on the analysis of the overall scheme of the electrical control system for hoist, this paper explored the hardware design and software design of the electronic control system and carried out test and analysis on the application effect of the electrical control system. The results show that the electrical control system can achieve smooth running of the hoist, and the optimization effect is remarkable.
