摘要
外能源转管自动机射速高、驱动耗电功率大,而车载、机载平台提供的电源功率有限。在分析现有外能源转管自动机驱动方式与技术现状的基础上,提出了阀控马达液压驱动与稳速方案,阐述了其系统组成与工作原理,建立了阀控马达的数学模型,设计了恒功率脉冲动力源与基于电液比例节流控制相结合的阀控马达驱动系统,该系统具有耗电功率小、体积小、质量轻等显著特点,成功应用于某小口径外能源转管自动机,有效解决了外能源转管自动机应用于车载、机载平台耗电功率受限的难题,驱动系统刚性大、自动机射速稳定且可调。
        With the technical characteristics of high shooting speed, high driving power consumption of external energy transfer tube automata and limited power supply provided by the vehicle and airborne platforms, in combination with the current driving mode and technology development status of existing external energy Gatling gun, a new technical solution for hydraulic drive and steady speed of external energy Gatling gun was proposed, with its system composition and working original expounded. In addition, the mathematical model of valve control motor was established, and the drive system with constant power pulse power source and electro-hydraulic proportional throttle control was designed and developed. This system has the remarkable characteristics of small power consumption, small volume and light weight, and it has been successfully applied to a small-caliber external energy transfer tube automaton, which can effectively solve the problem of limited power consumption on the vehicle and airborne platforms, and give the Gatling gun a large rigidity of the driving system, stable and adjustable shooting speed.
