济南青岛两市男男性行为者毒品滥用情况及其相关因素分析

摘要
目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)毒品滥用情况及其相关因素,为制定合理的干预措施提供参考。方法于2016年3—6月,采用现场招募、网络招募等方式从济南、青岛两市招募MSM,进行匿名问卷调查并进行艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒血清学检测。问卷内容包括一般状况、性行为状况、毒品滥用情况等。使用二元Logistic回归进行毒品滥用情况的相关因素分析。结果 901名MSM的毒品滥用率为38.8%(350人),艾滋病知识知晓率为70.9%(627/884),HIV感染率为5.9%(53人),梅毒感染率为7.1%(64人)。与未滥用过毒品者相比,毒品滥用者更可能与低龄[比值比(OR)=2.755,95%可信区间(CI):1.291~5.882]、高中及以上文化(OR=3.909,95%CI:1.491~10.246)、不知晓艾滋病知识(OR=1.775,95%CI:1.249~2.523)、最近一周发生肛交性行为的次数>2次(OR=3.507,95%CI:1.057~11.634)、最近6个月发生过商业性行为(OR=13.330,95%CI:4.523~39.281)、最近一年曾被诊断患过性病(OR=2.052,95%CI:1.088~3.870)及最近一年做过梅毒检测(OR=2.071,95%CI:1.385~3.097)有关。结论毒品在MSM中流行较为普遍,应对MSM开展毒品危害的警示性教育,并加强对该类物质的监管。
Objective To understand drug abuse and its related factors among men who have sex with men(MSM)and to provide reference for the development of effective intervention measures.Methods MSM were recruited from Jinan and Qingdao cities by means of on-site recruiting and internet from March to June in 2016.An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted and,HIV and syphilis serological tests were performed,followed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses.Results Out of the 901 MSM,38.8% used drugs,70.9% were aware of HIV-related knowledge,5.9% infected with HIV and 7.1% infected with syphilis.Compared to those who did not use drug,drug abusers were more likely to be young(OR=2.755,95%CI=1.291-5.882),and to be graduates from senior high school and above(OR=3.909,95%CI=1.491-10.246),to be unaware of HIV-related knowledge(OR=1.775,95%CI=1.249-2.523),to have two or more times of anal sex behaviors in the past week(OR=3.507,95%CI=1.057-11.634),to have commercial sexual behaviors in the past 6 months(OR=13.330,95%CI=4.523-39.281),to suffer one kind of sexually transmitted diseases in the past 12 months(OR=2.052,95%CI=1.088-3.870),and to have tested syphilis in the past 12 months(OR = 2.071,95% CI = 1.385-3.097).Conclusion Drug abuse is very popular,and harmful for MSM.We should carry out warning education and strengthen the supervision of drug use.
