摘要
针对梁花阱铜矿Ⅲ号矿体原分段凿岩阶段矿房法顶板维护难题,提出浅孔留矿+阶段矿房法相结合的分层回采方案,先采用浅孔留矿法回采靠上盘方向厚度约2 m厚分层,同时加固上盘围岩,再采用阶段矿房法回采靠下盘分层矿房内其余矿体。该回采方案在矿山初步应用并取得成功,相比原分段凿岩阶段矿房法,出矿品位提高了0.14个百分点,回采率提高了4.6个百分点,采场生产能力达到480t/d,具有较好的应用推广价值。
        Aiming at the difficult problem of roof maintenance at drilling stage with original block chambering method of the No.3 ore body in Lianghuajing Copper Mine,a combined mining scheme combining shrinkage method with block chambering method was put forward.Firstly,the shrinkage method was used to extract the layer with a thickness of about 2 m along the upper wall,and at the same time,the surrounding rock of the upper wall was strengthened.Then,the remaining ore was extracted by block chambering method.The mining scheme has been applied successfully in the mine.Compared with the original block chambering method,the ore yield increased by 0.14 percentage points,the recovery rate increased by 4.6 percentage points,and the stope production capacity reached 460 t/d,with a good application and popularization value.
