肝包虫病手术患者实施全程优质护理效果分析

摘要
目的探讨对行手术治疗的肝包虫病患者实施全程优质护理的方法和效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的需行手术治疗的肝包虫病患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机均分成观察组和对照组,各30例,所接受的护理措施分别为全程优质护理及常规护理,对两组患者的治疗护理情况进行观察比较。结果观察组患者在各项手术治疗指标及护理满意度的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行手术治疗的肝包虫病患者实施全程优质护理可保证手术治疗较高的安全性,提升患者在治疗期间的满意程度,临床应加以重视并推广。
Objective To study the surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis implementation to the high quality nursing methods and clinical effect.Methods Between January 2016 and January 2017,our hospital require surgical treatment of 60 patients with hepatic echinococcosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, each group has 30 cases of patients, accepted by the nursing measures for the whole quality of nursing and routine nursing care, to look at the nursing care of patients with two groups of patients condition.Results The observation group of patients in the surgical treatment for indicators and nursing satisfaction of the comparison results were significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the whole process in patients with surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis can guarantee the safety of surgical treatment for high quality care,improve patient satisfaction during treatment,clinical should consider and promotion.
