对88例脑梗死患者进行护理的体会
摘要
目的:总结对88例脑梗死患者进行护理的体会。方法:对2015年7月至2016年1月期间广西壮族自治区南溪山医院神经内科收治的88例脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。对这88例患者均进行心理、安全、饮食、病情观察及康复训练等方面的护理,然后观察其护理的效果。结果:经护理,这88例患者中生活能完全自理的患者有48例,生活能部分自理的患者有37例,生活完全不能自理的患者仅有3例。结论:对脑梗死患者进行心理、安全、饮食、病情观察及康复训练等方面的护理,能提高其生活自理能力,改善其生活质量。
Objective :To summarize experience of the clinical nursing of 88 patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Respectively study clinical material of 88 cases of cerebral infarction received by department of neurology of Nanxishan Hospital in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. We nurse the 88 patients on mental health, safety, diet, disease observation, and rehabilitation training, and observe nursing effect. Results After nursing,48 cases can totally be looked after by themselves,37 cases can looked after themselves partly,3 cases not able to looked after by themselves totally. Conclusion Nursing the patients on mental health, safety, diet, disease observation, and rehabilitation training can improve self-care ability of cerebral infarction patients and their life quality.
