腰椎原发性软骨母细胞瘤一例

<正>1临床资料患者男,22岁,因"腰部疼痛2个月,加重伴左下肢放射痛2周"入院。12年前有腰部外伤史,2个月前于搬重物时突发腰部疼痛,尚可忍受;2周前无明显诱因下出现下腰部疼痛,伴向左下肢后外侧逐渐加重的放射麻木感。腰部疼痛于低头、咳嗽、打喷嚏和行走时加重,平卧休
