贵州省医学科研人员专利信息需求调查

摘要
[目的]调查贵州省医学科研人员对专利信息的需求情况,并提出相应对策。[方法]将贵州省17家医学高等院校及附属医院、各级公立医院的科研人员作为调查对象,通过问卷收集其对专利信息的利用及需求情况。[结果]发现目前贵州省医学科研人员在专利申请上还存在专利知识欠缺、利用层次较低、利用人群较集中、相关配套服务较少等问题。[结论]通过加强专利培训、增设专利管理部门、提升情报机构服务水平、完善配套体系等方法解决上述问题。
[Objective]investigating the patent information demands of medical researchers in Guizhou Province and proposing corresponding countermeasures. [Methods]This paper investigates the use and demand of patent information through questionnaires for 17 medical colleges and affiliated hospitals in Guizhou Province and public hospitals at all levels. [Results]It is found that the medical research personnel in Guizhou Province still have problems in patent application,such as lack of patent knowledge,low utilization level,concentrated use of people,and less related supporting services. [Conclusion]The above problems can be solved by strengthening patent training,adding patent management departments,improving the service level of intelligence agencies,and improving supporting systems.
