摘要
为研究活性炭—纳米TiO2复合光催化技术在汽车空调滤清器中的应用,了解其对PM2.5和TVOC的净化效果,制作了以无纺布作为支撑体,活性炭和光催化剂纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)附着其上的复合材料滤芯,通过与一辆新乘用汽车自带的普通活性炭滤芯的净化实验结果对比,指出该滤芯提高了对PM2.5和TVOC的净化率,弥补了现有技术的不足,推动了空调滤清器滤芯的升级换代。
Objective to study the activated carbon,nanometer TiO2 composite photocatalytic technology application in the automobile air conditioner filter,understand its purification effect of PM2.5 and TVOC.Method to non-woven fabric as a supporting body,activated carbon and catalyst on the nanometer titanium dioxide(TiO2) attached to the composite filter,with a new passenger car with common active carbon filter purification experiment results of contrast.Point out the filter improves the purification rate of PM2.5 and TVOC,make up for the deficiency of the existing technology,promote upgrading of the air conditioning filter cartridge.
