胃肠道手术患者围手术期的快速康复外科护理

摘要
目的总结胃肠道手术患者围手术期的快速康复外科护理效果。方法选取2015年4月~2017年8月笔者所在医院治疗的胃肠道疾病手术患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各60例。对照组给药常规手术期护理,观察组将快速康复外科护理,对照组患者的护理方法是胃肠道疾病的围手术期常规护理,观察组患者给予快速康复外科理念。对比两组患者的胃肠道功能恢复时间、平均住院天数、住院费用及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的胃肠道功能恢复时间(28.65±3.54)d、平均住院天数(7.85±1.35)d、住院费用(12853±1267)元、并发症发生率2/60(3.33%),均显著低于对照组患者(38.67±4.95)、(10.35±1.87)、(17739±4128)、11/60(18.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念在胃肠道疾病手术前后护理中的应用效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize the effect of perioperative rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing gastrointestinal operation.Methods The gastrointestinal tract disease patients from April 2015~2017 year in August the hospital treated a total of 120 cases,according to the random number table method divided into two groups,60 patients in the control group were administered routine perioperative nursing,the observation group 60 cases of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing,the control group of patients is the nursing methods of perioperative during the routine nursing of gastrointestinal diseases,patients in observation group were given the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The gastrointestinal function recovery time,average hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery time(28.65±3.54)d,the average length of stay(7.85±1.35)d,hospitalization expenses(12853±1267),the complication rate was 2/60(3.33%),were significantly lower than the control group were(38.67±4.95),(10.35±1.87),(17739±4128),11/60(18.33%),statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of fast track surgery in the preoperative and postoperative care of gastrointestinal diseases is satisfactory,and it is worthy of clinical application.
