物联网环境下可穿戴式护理设备的社区应用模式研究

摘要
面对我国疾病谱变化、医疗费用上涨、人口老龄化日趋严峻和家庭小型化等现状,探索社区护理新途径以适应社区健康服务发展的需要,极具现实意义。物联网环境下在社区应用可穿戴护理设备能够缓解基层护理人力资源短缺压力、提升健康服务的连贯性和服务质量、应对人口老龄化带来的养老问题、助力健康大数据发展。传感器、医疗芯片、无线通信、嵌入式系统、数据挖掘和人机交互是物联网环境下可穿戴式护理设备运行关键技术。可穿戴式护理设备在社区应用主要包括居民健康信息采集、储存,个性化健康管理服务和健康大数据应用等三种模式。
Facing the changes in China's disease spectrum, rising medical costs, increasing population agingand family miniaturization, it is of great practical significance to explore new ways of community nursing to meetthe needs of community health service. Under the environment of Internet of things, applicating wearable nursingequipment in the community can alleviate the shortage of nursing human resources, improve the continuity of healthservices and service quality, address the pension problems brought about by the aging of the population, and help thedevelopment of health big data. Sensors, medical chips, wireless communications, embedded systems, data mining andhuman-computer interaction are key technologies for the operation of wearable care devices in the IoT environment.The application of wearable nursing equipment in the community mainly includes three models: health informationcollection and storage, personalized health management service and health big data application.
