构建学前教育质量保障体系的国际趋势研究

摘要
为了推动学前教育质量向高水平迈进,世界各国纷纷在本国国情基础上建立学前教育质量保障体系。纵观世界各国学前教育质量保障体系,呈现着三大发展趋势:保障重心上移,中央政府承担更多责任;保障主体扩容,更多利益主体参与保障;保障功能完善,从质量问责向质量问责与质量改善兼具迈进。
To improve the quality of preschool education,countries all over the world have established the quality assurance system of preschool education based on their national conditions.After studying the preschool education quality assurance system all over the world,we find three trends.First,to ensure the transfer of center to move upward,the central government starts to shoulder more responsibility.Second,to expand subjects more stakeholders participate in the quality assurance system.Third,to guarantee the perfection of function,there is a transfer from the quality accountability to the quality accountability with quality improvement.
