摘要
目的分析2017年天津市河东区食品安全风险监测微生物致病菌检测结果,了解市售食品中食源性致病菌污染状况和分布特征,对食品卫生状况进行有效的评估和预警,为食品安全监管部门提供可靠依据。方法按照天津市河东区食品安全风险监测实施方案要求,2017年在河东区网店、农贸市场、餐饮环节及商店采集样品133份,依据GB 4789-2016《中华人民共和国国家标准食品微生物学检验》标准进行检测。结果 2017年共检测食品样品133份,共计7类16种,其中18份检出致病菌,阳性率为13.53%;检出致病菌6种,20株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为4.51%,蜡样芽孢杆菌检出率为2.26%,单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检出率为0.75%,创伤弧菌检出率为1.50%,副溶血性弧菌检出率为2.26%,溶藻弧菌检出率为3.76%。结论河东区市售食品存在微生物安全风险,尤以水产及其制品污染更为突出,应引起相关部门高度重视,加强监管力度,降低食品安全风险,保障本区人民健康。
        [Objective]To analyze the detection results of microbial pathogenic bacteria in food safety risk monitoring in Hedong District of Tianjin in 2017,understand the contamination status and distribution characteristics of foodborne pathogens in market food,carry out the effective assessment and early warning of food hygiene status,and provide reliable basis for food safety supervision departments. [Methods] According to the requirements of the food safety risk monitoring implementation plan in Hedong District of Tianjin,133 samples were collected from online stores,farmers' markets,catering links and stores of Hedong District in 2017,and were tested according to the National Standard Food Microbiology Inspection of the People's Republic of China(GB 4789-2016).[Results] Totally 133 food samples in seven categories of 16 types were detected in 2017,and pathogenic bacteria were found in 18 samples with the positive rate of 13.53%. There were 20 strains of pathogenic bacteria in six categories.The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Listeria monocytogenes,Vibrio vulnificus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and Vibrio alginolyticus was 4.51%,2.26%,0.75%,1.50%,2.26% and 3.76%,respectively. [Conclusion] There is a risk of microbiological contamination for marketed foods in Hedong District,especially for aquatic products and their products. The relevant departments should attach great importance to it,strengthen supervision and control,and reduce the risk of food safety,to safeguard people's health in this area.
