枳桔六君子汤加减和沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者实施枳桔六君子汤加减和沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗的临床效果。方法将本科室收治的60例支气管哮喘患者随机分为西药组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)。西药组行沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,联合组在西药组基础上加用枳桔六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果与西药组比较,联合组的治疗总有效率更高,患者喘息、咳嗽、胸闷及肺哮鸣音消失时间更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的第1秒用力呼吸量及最大呼气峰流速均显著上升,且联合组高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者实施枳桔六君子汤加减和沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Zhijie Liujunzi decoction combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma in our department were randomly divided into western medicine group(n=30) and combination group(n=30). The western medicine group took salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation, while the combination group was given modified Zhijie Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the western medicine group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the western medicine group, the total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher, the disappeared time of respite, cough, chest tightness and lung wheeing in the combination group were shorter(P<0.05). After treatment, the first second forced respiration and peak expiratory flow rate of the two groups increased, and those of the combination group were higher than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified Zhijie Liujunzi decoction combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significant.
