内河危险品运输事故应急物资储备研究

摘要
基于内河危险品运输应急物资需求呈负指数分布的假设,考虑订购成本、库存成本、缺货成本和过期成本,建立改进的(S,s)模型,求出S与s的表达式。在此基础上,运用Matlab进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,最大库存与安全库存均随物资缺货成本的增大而增大,随生命周期、过期损失、库存成本的增大而减小,且最大库存不受订货启动成本的影响,而安全库存随订货启动成本的增大而减小。
        In this paper, based on the assumption that the demand for emergency logistics in response to accidents in inland river hazardous material transportation, we considered the costs of ordering, inventory, shortage and expiration, built the improved(S,s) model and yielded the mathematical expression of the relationship between S and s. On such basis, we simulated the model using the Matlab software and reached some useful conclusions.
