摘要
隔膜泵是管道化输送固液两相介质的核心设备。随着相关行业对产能需求的不断提高,对隔膜泵的流量和压力也提出更高的要求。进而影响隔膜泵整体设计尺寸,提高设计加工难度,提高成本。本文提出了一套用于降低隔膜泵动力端吨位的减载系统。通过本系统可以降低动力端吨位要求。采用理论和流固耦合仿真手段验证了该系统的可行性,并针对影响系统性能的两个重要参数压力和串管流速进行了着重分析,得出了腔内压力变化规律,明确了串管管径的设计方法。本系统的提出对隔膜泵大型化具有重要意义。
        Diaphragm pump is the core equipment for pipelined solid-liquid two-phase media. As the demand for production in related industries continues to increase, higher demands are placed on the flow and pressure of the diaphragm pump. In turn, the overall design size of the diaphragm pump is affected,the design processing difficulty is increased, and the cost is increased. This paper presents a set of load reduction system for reducing the tonnage of the diaphragm pump power end. The requirement of power terminal tonnage can be reduced by this system. The feasibility of the system is verified by theoretical and fluid-solid coupling simulation methods. The pressure and series flow velocity of the two important parameters affecting the performance of the system are analyzed. The variation law of the pressure in the cavity is obtained, and the design method of the diameter of the string pipe is defined. The proposed system is of great significance for the large-scale diaphragm pump.
