摘要
介绍了某工业园区污水处理厂的一期工程,采用前置预缺氧、多点进水方式的改良型A~2/O脱氮除磷工艺,设计规模为3 000 m~3/d,生活污水和工业废水的体积比为2:8。叙述了其工作原理和设计参数,分析了工艺技术特点和优势,以及调试运行的相关经验。实际运行结果表明,COD、NH_3~-N、TP的去除率分别为88.3%、85.95%和88.47%,出水指标能达到GB 18918-2002的一级B标准。
        The first phase of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park was introduced. The modified A~2/O nitrogen dephosphorization process with pre-anoxic and multiple-influent method was adopted. The design scale was 3 000 m~3/d, and the ratio of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater was 2:8. The working principle and design parameters were described, the technical characteristics and advantages of the process were analyzed, and the relevant experience of the adjustment and test operation was also analyzed. The actual operational results showed that the removal rates of COD, NH_3~-N and TP were 88.3%, 85.95% and 88.47% respectively, and the effluent could meet the first level B standard of GB 18918-2002.
