摘要
目的为解决轴节器械清洗质量,研究多功能U型架在轴节器械清洗中的效果。方法选取2017年10月由医院消毒供应中心集中管理的轴节类器械600把,分为2组,每组300件;实验组将器械串入多功能U型架放入清洗篮筐中,对照组打开轴关节放入清洗篮筐中。两组器械均经过预处理后进入全自动清洗消毒器,运行一个手术器械清洗程序后,随机抽取器械进行清洗效果检测,检测方法为目测法检测;ATP荧光检测法及蛋白残留检测法对器械的清洗效果进行检测。结果实验组清洗合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.255,P=0.002);通过目测法检测,实验组清洗合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.714,P=0.001);经过ATP荧光检测法检测,实验组清洗合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.255,P=0.002),经过蛋白残留检测法检测,实验组清洗合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.116,P<0.001)。结论多功能U型架的使用,规范了器械的清洗流程,有效提高轴节器械的清洗质量,可减少工作人员锐器伤发生的风险,降低器械损坏的风险,提高了手术器械集中管理各环节的质量,从而控制医院感染的发生。
        OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of multi-function U-frame on cleaning of axial instruments so as to improve the quality of cleaning of the axial instruments.METHODSIn Oct,2017,totally 600 axonal instruments,which were centrally managed by the hospital′s sterilization supply center,were randomly divided into two groups,with 300 in each group.the instruments of the experimental group were put into the multi-function U frame and placed in the cleaning basket,the shaft joints of the instruments of the control group were opened and placed into the cleaning baskets,the two groups of instruments were pre-processed into fully automatic cleaning sterilizer,the instruments were randomly extracted for test of cleaning effect after a cleaning procedure of surgical instruments was run,with the detection method the visual observation,and the cleaning effects of the instruments were detected by using ATP fluorescence detection method and protein residue detection method.RESULTS The qualified rate of cleaning of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=10.255,P=0.002).The visual observation detection showed that the qualified rate of cleaning of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=10.714,P=0.001).The result of the ATP fluorescence detection indicated that the qualified rate of cleaning of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=10.255,P=0.002).The result of the protein residue detection showed that the qualified rate of cleaning of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=12.116,P<0.001).CONCLUSIONThe use of multi-function U –frame may standardize the cleaning procedures of instruments,effectively improve the cleaning quality of axial instruments,reduce the risk of sharp injuries among health care workers and damage of instruments,and improve the quality of each link of central management of surgical instruments so as to control of the nosocomial infections.
