铝电解槽的氟平衡及降低氟排放的措施分析

摘要
本文对预焙槽生产系统中氟的收入和支出进行了详细的分析。根据氟的收入和支出得到了氟平衡图表,并对氟排放的各项数值进行了对比分析,结果显示氟排放主要集中在电解槽内衬吸收及电解车间天窗排放。随着环保要求越来越严格,必须提高电解槽的集气效率和烟气净化效率才能满足日益严格的环保标准。
        The income and consumption of fluorine in the prebaked reduction system was analyzed in detail. The fluorine equilibrium diagram obtained according to the income and consumption. The fluorine emission values were compared,results showed that fluorine emissions mainly concentrated in the pot lining absorption and potroom roof emission. With increasingly strict environmental requirements,we must raise the gas collection efficiency of reduction pot and pot fume scrubbing efficiency in order to meet the increasingly strict environmental standards.
