我国铁路现代物流发展对策探讨

摘要
从铁路运输现状、既有铁路设施设备功能布局、铁路物流信息化发展、铁路物流货物装载方式4?个方面分析我国铁路物流发展现状,阐释国外发展铁路物流的整合分散货运站、发展接驳方便的联合运输、开展规模化的铁路全程物流业务、应用信息化设备提高工作效率的经验,提出我国铁路现代物流发展对策:创新物流服务模式、整合既有设施设备资源、加大铁路物流信息技术投入力度、着力发展集装箱运输。
This paper analyzes the status of railway logistic development in China from 4 aspects including status of railway transportation, functional layout of existing railway equipments and facilities, informationization development of railway logistics and freight loading modes of railway logistics, and expounds the experience of developing railway logistics in foreign countries, which means: integrate scattered freight stations; develop combined transportation with convenient connection; develop large-scale railway whole-process logistic operation; and increase working efficiency by applying informationization equipments. The paper also puts forward countermeasures of developing railway modern logistics in China, such as innovating logistic service modes, integrating resource of existing equipments and facilities, increasing investment on railway logistic information technologies and pressing ahead with development of container transportation.
