横切口高位子宫下段剖宫产与改良式剖宫产的临床分析

摘要
目的:探讨横切口高位子宫下段剖宫产与改良式剖宫产的临床效果。方法:收治产妇122例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用改良式剖宫产方法,对照组采用横切口高位子宫下段剖宫产方法,比较两组应用效果。结果:试验组产妇平均手术时间、平均手术出血量、平均住院时间、新生儿娩出时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿Apgar评分和手术总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良式剖宫产方法的临床应用效果更佳。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transverse incision high lower uterine segment cesarean section and modified cesarean section.Methods:122 cases of parturients were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with modified cesarean section.The control group was treated with transverse incision high lower uterine segment cesarean section.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the average operation time,average bleeding volume,average hospitalization time,newborn delivery time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of the neonates and total satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the modified caesarean section was better.
