摘要
为提高复杂零件的装配单元划分效率,在分析零件装配关系的基础上建立零件之间的权值矩阵,在此基础上进行装配单元的划分。该方法将零件间的复杂关系进行量化,使用Floyd算法进行权值计算,提高单元划分的效率。以某行星减速器为装配单元划分过程为例,验证了方法的可行性和高效性。
        In order to improve the efficiency of the assembling unit partition of complex parts,the weight matrix between parts is established by analyzing the assembling relation of parts,and the assembling unit is divided on the basis of this matrix. This method quantifies the complex relationship between parts,uses the floyd algorithm for the weight calculation,and improves the efficiency of the unit division. The feasibility and efficiency of the method are verified by a planetary reducer as an example.
