摘要
介绍了生活中餐饮业油烟废气的排放特点、产生过程及其对人体和环境带来的危害,分析了餐饮油烟组成成分的成分特性及其相关的致病症状。油烟净化器仍然是目前治理餐饮油烟最行之有效的方法,基于高压静电原理的复合型油烟净化技术具有更好的治理效果,是市场主流的油烟治理方法。并对基于高压静电原理的几种常见的复合型油烟净化技术进行了阐述分析,并对未来复合型餐饮油烟净化器的研究方向进行了展望。
        This paper introduces the emission characteristics,production process and harm to human body and environment of the cooking fume in the catering industry.The composition characteristics of the constituents of the cooking fume and their related pathogenic symptoms were analyzed.Cooking fume purifiers are still the most effective way to manage catering fume.The composite cooking fume purification technology based on the principle of high voltage static electricity has better treatment effect,and is the mainstream cooking fume control method in the market.Several common composite cooking fume purification technologies based on the principle of high voltage static electricity were expounded and analyzed,and the future research directions of composite cooking fume purifiers were prospected.
