摘要
在分析分布式电源对传统继电保护整定与配合关系影响的基础上,提出了一种纵联电流相位差动保护的方案,并利用正序电压与正序电流的相位作为辅助判据。该方案只需反映短路时线路两侧电流相位,与短路电流的幅值无关,不受系统振荡、过渡电阻的影响,并且方案简单,工作可靠。最后通过电力系统仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC对一个含分布式电源的10k V配电网络进行仿真实验,并与传统的电流纵差保护进行对比,验证了所提保护方案的灵敏性、速动性和有效性。
        Basing on analyzing the distributed power's effect on the setting of traditional protective relaying and coordination,a scheme of longitudinal current phase differential protection was proposed,which has phase of the positive sequence voltage and the positive sequence current employed as the auxiliary criterion.The scheme,independent of the magnitude of the short circuit,reacts only to the current phase at the short circuit's both sides and is not affected by the oscillation of the power system and a large transition resistance together with simple structure and reliable operation.Making use of PSCAD/EMTDC software to simulate a10 k V distribution network with distributed power supply and comparing it with the traditional current differential protection prove the sensitivity,fastness and efficiency of this proposed protection scheme.
