红花黄色素对兔前交叉韧带重建术后骨腱愈合影响的生物力学研究

摘要
目的研究证实骨腱愈合过程中病灶区体视学及生物力学的变化,及红花黄色素对骨腱愈合的影响。方法 24只新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组于术中局部应用红花黄色素注射液,对照组局部使用生理盐水;构建前交叉韧带重建模型后,两组分别于术后4、8周各处死6只大白兔,借助体视学以及生物力学进行观察和评价,实验计数资料利用SPSS 16.0软件统计处理。结果重建的前交叉韧带拉脱负荷强度随损伤修复时间的延长逐渐增加,第8周组明显高于第4周组(P<0.01),而且实验组在各时间点均与对照组之间存在显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论重建的前交叉韧带在骨腱愈合中拉脱负荷强度的变化与损伤修复时间正相关,红花黄色素对兔前交叉韧带重建术的骨腱愈合有促进作用。
        Objective To confirmed the pathological changes and the biomechanics changes of the bone-tendon healing,and to investigate the effect of safflower yellow(SY)in the process of the bone-tendon healing. Methods 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The SY was applied to the surface of the tendon graft in the experimental group during the intraoperative period. The nomal saline was used in the control group. A bone-tendon healing model was used,and stereology,biomechanics were employed to assess the benefits of local application of SY for the healing.Data were analyzed with SPSS ver. 16.0 software. Results The pull-off strength loads of the reconstruction anterior cruciate ligament were gradually increased as the process of healing continuing,and these degrees of the 8thweek group were apparently higher than that of 4thweek groups(P<0.01). There was a statistically significant difference(P <0.01)compared them between the experiment groups and the control in different time. Conclusion The pull-off strength loads of the reconstruction anterior cruciate ligament in the bone-tendon healing were positively correlated with the repair time. The results indicated that SY promoted the function of bone-tendon healing.
