摘要
信息数据共享一直是研究的热点,基于人事信息系统机构和人员共享数据在因私出国(境)管理系统开发的应用,实现信息化的支撑,加强个人因私出国(境)管理。通过对人事共享信息和因私出国(境)管理两个主要业务流程的介绍,设计因私出国(境)管理系统数据库E-R图,详细描述了人员信息、证件信息、证件申请、证件领用和入境信息表结构,进行了系统代码的开发,建立了一套浙江检验检疫因私出国(境)管理系统,有效实现了个人因私出国(境)的管理。
        Information data sharing has been a hot research spot. Based on the application of the personnel information system organization and personnel sharing data in the development of the private exit management system,informationized support is achieved to strengthen personal private exit management. The E-R diagram for the database of private exit management system is designed by introducing the processes of two main services of personnel sharing information and private exit management. The structures of the personnel information table,certificate information table,certificate application table,certificate reception table,and entry information table are described in detail. The system codes are developed,and a private exit management system for Zhejiang inspection and quarantine is established,which can effectively realize management of personal private exit.
