摘要
采煤机螺旋滚筒是采煤机用于完成落煤和装煤的关键部件,滚筒失效是影响工作面正常生产的主要因素。为了延长滚筒的使用寿命,通过对失效滚筒损坏部位的分析,总结了滚筒失效的主要形式。以采煤机破煤理论为基础,分析了滚筒失效的主要原因,针对各失效形式,提出了相应的改进措施。研究表明,滚筒齿座的失效和尾部叶片的失效是滚筒失效的主要形式。通过对滚筒叶片参数的改进、端盘补块的布置及叶片末端齿座的保护,可有效延缓滚筒失效,延长其使用寿命。该结果为采煤机螺旋滚筒的设计及优化提供了参考。
        The spiral drum of the shearer is the key component to complete coal cutting and coal loading. The failure of drum is the main factor affecting normal production of coal face. In order to prolong the service life of the drum, the paper analyzed the damaged location of the drum, and concluded the main modes of the drum failure. Based on the coal-cutting theory of the shearer, the paper analyzed the main causes of the drum failure, and proposed improvement measures corresponding to each failure mode. The research showed the failure of the tooth holders of the drum and the failure of the tail blades were the main modes of the drum failure. After the improvement of the parameters of the drum blade, the layout of the additional block at the end disc and the protection of the tooth holder at the end of the blade, the drum failure could effectively delayed, and its service life prolonged too. The results offered reference for the design and the optimization of the spiral drum of the shearer.
