摘要
针对轴承材料低周疲劳性能试验,研究了以伺服电缸为动力源的低周疲劳试验机交流伺服控制系统,并建立了试验机控制系统数学模型,设计了交流伺服系统的模糊PID控制器,通过力反馈和位置反馈构成闭环控制,对试验机等应变的加载过程进行实时控制,以此实现对材料低周疲劳性能的测试。仿真结果表明,所设计的模糊自适应PID控制算法可使试验机系统获得良好的控制效果。
Aimed at low cycle fatigue performance test for bearing materials,the AC servo control system of low cycle fatigue tester with servo electric cylinder as power source is researched. The mathematical model is established for control system of tester,and the fuzzy PID controller of AC servo system is designed. The closed-loop control is constituted by force feedback and position feedback to realize real-time control of equal strain loading process for tester,so as to realize low cycle fatigue performance test for materials. The simulation results show that the tester system is able to obtain good control effects by using designed fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm.
