佐匹克隆治疗睡眠障碍的临床疗效和安全性分析

摘要
目的:分析佐匹克隆治疗睡眠障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年10月枣庄市精神卫生中心药剂科收治的睡眠障碍患者124例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组对照组62例。对照组给与地西泮治疗,观察组采用佐匹克隆治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效和治疗安全性。结果:观察组患者入睡时间以及觉醒次数、总睡眠时间等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者头晕、恶心、便秘、出汗等各种不良反应状况显著更少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:睡眠障碍患者进行佐匹克隆治疗时可提升临床疗效,治疗过程安全,有临床应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of zopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders. Methods: A total of 124 patients with sleep disorders admitted to the pharmacy department of zaozhuang mental health center from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 62 patients in each group. The control group was treated with diazepam,while the observation group was treated with zopiclone. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results: the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of sleep time,number of awakenings and total sleep time,with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Dizziness,nausea,constipation,sweating and other adverse reactions were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: zopiclone can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with sleep disorders,the treatment process is safe,and has clinical value.
