摘要
轨道式锻造操作机配置了先进的机电液元件,采用IPC和PLC两级控制。各机构配置高性能高频响应的比例阀和高速计数编码器以及压力传感器,使得速度、位置以及压力数据能够被及时采集并且精确控制;在安全报警方面运用了大量的急停按钮以及先进的安全继电器,建立了强大的报警数据库,配合IPC能及时采集处理故障信息。在机液精密计算的前提下,配合完备的控制手段,提高了设备的安全性、自动化程度以及生产效率。
The railbound forging manipulator uses advanced mechanical,electrical and hydraulic components,it also takes both IPC and PLC controlling ways.There are many high-capability proportional valves,high speed encoders,sensors being installed on the machine,which can make the data of speed and pressure timely collected and accurately controlled.Considering of safety,there are not only large number of emergence buttons,advanced safe relay in use,but also a big alarm data-base which is used for collecting and deal with happening faults by IPC.With critically mechanical,hydraulic calculation and enough control measures,the security,automatization and efficiency of the manipulator are enhanced.
