摘要
提高用电设备的功率因数,可以提高电网的容量和利用率、减少电能输电线路的损耗,是节能降耗的重要技术手段。PFC电路是家用变频空调室外机控制器的单元电路之一,根据控制电路的不同,分为无源和有源PFC两大类,有源PFC电路因其优点多而得到很好的发展。本论文介绍一种单脉冲控制的有源PFC电路,具有IGBT发热小,功率因数高的优点。
We can improve the capacity and utilization of the power grid by improving the power factor of electrical equipment, and reduce the loss of power transmission lines, it is an important energy saving technology. The PFC circuit is one of the unit circuits of the outdoor unit controller of the household inverter air conditioner. According to the different control circuit, the PFC circuit is divided into passive and active PFC. The active PFC circuit is well developed because of its advantages. In this paper, an active PFC circuit with single pulse control is introduced, which has the advantages of small IGBT heating and high power factor.
