摘要
气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)在运行中因电磁力导致的异常机械振动时有发生。为研究三相共体水平GIS母线外壳的受力与振动特性,使用有限元分析软件,建立三相工频电流源激励下的水平GIS母线模型,进行稳态电磁场分析,得到外壳所受电磁力,再建立金属外壳的结构动力学模型,求解电磁力激励下的外壳振动加速度响应。结果表明,金属外壳受到周期性变化的电磁力作用,频率为激励源频率的两倍。在该电磁力的作用下,外壳产生机械振动,外壳两侧中线节点的振动加速度显著大于其他位置,其变化频率与电动力频率一致。在三相共体GIS试验平台进行工频电流激励下的外壳振动加速度信号检测,通过分析外壳不同位置的信号强度与加速度频率,验证了仿真模型的准确性。
        Abnormal mechanical vibration of gas-insulated metal-enclosure switchgear(GIS)is caused occasionally by electromagnetic force. In this study, a finite element method(FEM)software was used to investigate the electromagnetic force and vibration characteristics of the three-phase-enclosed horizontal GIS bus shell. Firstly,a horizontal GIS bus model under three-phase power-frequency current excitation was established, steady electromagnetic analysis was conducted,and the electromagnetic force the shell suffered was obtained. Secondly,a structural dynamic model of the metal shell was also established to obtain the shell's vibration acceleration response under the electromagnetic force. Results show that the shell suffers periodical electromagnetic force with the frequency twice of the excitation frequency. Under the electromagnetic force,mechanical vibration of the shell starts,and the vibration acceleration of the nodes on the mid-line of both sides of the shell is more remarkable compared with that at other locations. The vibration acceleration's frequency is the same with that of the electromagnetic force. Experiment was conducted on a three-phase enclosed GIS platform to detect the metal shell's vibration acceleration signal under power frequency current excitation. Analyses on the signals intensity at different locations and the vibration acceleration frequency verified the accuracy of the structural dynamic model.
