彩超诊断浆液性乳腺炎的临床价值研究

摘要
目的观察并探讨高频彩超检查在浆液性乳腺炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2017年6月～2018年6月期间收治的120例浆液性乳腺炎病患者,所有患者均给予高频彩超检查,分析并总结患者的临床检查情况。结果 120例患者中有108例患者检查结果与病理诊断相符合,诊断准确率为90.00%,其中误诊患者人数为8例(6.67%),诊断不明确患者为4例(3.33%)。声像图显示类型包含单纯导管扩张型、肿块型、混合型以及囊肿型。结论高频彩超检查浆液性乳腺炎具有较高分辨率,对于乳腺病变的早期临床诊断具有显著临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical application value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in serous mastitis.Methods 120 cases of serous mastitis treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and all patients were examined by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, and the clinical examination of the patients was analyzed and summarized.Results The results of 108 of the 120 patients were in accordance with the pathological diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy was 90%.The number of misdiagnosed patients was 8 cases(6.67%),and the diagnosis was not definite in 4 cases(3.33%).The type of ultrasonography showed simple ductal dilatation, mass type,mixed type and cyst type.Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high resolution for serous mastitis.It is of significant clinical value for early diagnosis of breast disease and is worth popularizing.
