摘要
文章给出了永磁电机永磁体涡流损耗产生的原因及降低永磁体涡流损耗的方法,即对永磁体分段并将各段之间进行绝缘。针对永磁体分段绝缘减少涡流损耗的机理进行了分析,得到了分段减少永磁体涡流损耗的解析公式,并通过三维有限元模型的计算,验证了永磁体分段绝缘降低涡流损耗的有效性。
        In this paper, the cause of eddy current loss of permanent magnet in permanent magnet motor and the method to reduce eddy current loss of permanent magnet are given, that is to separate the permanent magnet and insulate each segment.The principle of reducing eddy current loss in permanent magnet by segmenting and insulating each other is analyzed, and the analytical formula is gotten. The effectiveness of reducing eddy current loss in permanent magnet by segmenting and insulating each other is verified by calculating 3 D finite element model.
